Fine and Ultra Fine Adjuster Screws & Bushings

Fine and Ultra-Fine Adjustment Screws are small direct drive components providing extremely high resolution. Our fine and ultra fine adjustment screws provide exceptionally smooth and repeatable movements when utilized in conjunction with our line of precision fabricated brass bushings. The fine adjusment the screws are supplied with a hardened steel ball on the tip and can be supplied without the ball if requested. Custom blunt tips or custom geometry machined tips are available upon request.

Our fine and ultra fine adjustment bushings provide exceptionally smooth and repeatable movements when utilized in conjunction with our line of precision fabricated adjustment screws. Our bushings are made from 360 HH Brass providing smooth reliable results. Custom geometry bushings are available upon request.

These Ultra Fine adjustment screw and bushing sets provide ultra fine resolution movements without the use of bulky reduction geared adjusters. 200 TPI adjusters produce .005" of movement for each 360 degree revolution providing the finest direct drive resolution available in a compact design. These sets are supplied with a hardened steel ball tip and the bushings are made of 360 HH Brass. Custom geometry for our ultra fine adjuster sets in the way of custom tips and custom geometry bushings are also available.
